• We offer Cash on Delivery and bKash Personal payment options.

• Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on processing status.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team may contact you via phone for verification.

• Orders that cannot be verified may be automatically canceled.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason.

6. Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines:

• Dhaka City: 2–3 days

• Outside Dhaka: 3–4 days

Delivery charges:

• Dhaka: 70৳

• Gazipur/Savar/Keraniganj: 100৳

• Outside Dhaka: 150৳

Important:
Customers must check the product in the presence of the delivery person.
Once the delivery person leaves, no claims will be accepted.

7. Return & Replacement Policy

We do not offer refunds.
Replacement is only allowed if the customer reports issues while the delivery agent is present.

Valid reasons for replacement:

• Wrong item

• Wrong size

• Damaged, torn, or broken item

• Product not matching the photo

• Product not working

Claims made after the delivery agent leaves will not be accepted.

We attempt to display product details as accurately as possible.
However:

• Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings or lighting.

• Sizes may vary slightly based on measurement differences.
